Assisting Healing Companions: During your visit, with your permission, you may encounter my two healing cats, who occasionally assist during sessions. However,please note that their presence is not guaranteed. Details regarding their potential involvement will be discussed during your complimentary consultation or new client session.

Policies for New Clients: New clients are encouraged to schedule a complementary 15-minute Zoom consultation to determine if my services align with your needs. This consultation is a requirement for new clients and can be arranged by texting or calling me at 704-237-0734. Please be aware that new clients are kindly asked to prepay for their initial session, with all necessary information addressed during the booking process. This requirement does not apply to referrals from established clients.

Health and Safety Precautions: To ensure the safety of all clients, I kindly request that you refrain from attending sessions if you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness. Additionally, please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Client Information and Release Waiver: Before participating in a session, clients are required to complete a Client Information Form and Release Waiver. This form includes important details about your health and medications and also serves as an acknowledgment of our practice policies. We will work together to refine this waiver during your session to ensure your comfort and understanding.
