What are your available appointment times?
My availability varies, but I aim to accommodate your scheduling needs as much as possible. Below are my general days and hours:

  • Monday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM 

  • Friday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM

I try to be flexible with my client's needs, including offering earlier or later appointments when possible. Please contact me to discuss specific scheduling requirements.

How can I book an appointment outside of your regular hours?
I do my best to accommodate client needs for booking and can often shift my opening and closing times a bit if needed. Occasionally I am able to see client's on a Sunday. Beyond that, if you need an appointment outside of my regular hours, including emergency sessions, please reach out to me directly.

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, I maintain a waitlist for appointment availability. If your preferred time slot is not currently open, I recommend booking your second choice and requesting to be added to the waitlist for your preferred appointment time. This allows me to notify you promptly if a slot becomes available.


How can I schedule with you?

Scheduling with me is straightforward and flexible. You have multiple options to choose from:

1. Text, Email, or Call: You can reach out to me via text, email, or phone call.

2. Booking Calendar: Alternatively, you can request an appointment using my Booking Calendar on my website.

When contacting me for your scheduling, please provide the following details to expedite your booking experience:

1. Session Length: Let me know how long of a session you are interested in.
2. Appointment Type: Specify if you have any particular type of appointment in mind.

3. Preferred Days and Times: If you have specific availability preferences, please share your best days and times with me.

Feel free to choose the method that works best for you, and I'll do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs promptly.


How far apart should I schedule my appointments?

I approach each case with a personalized perspective, recognizing that every individual is unique and requires a tailored approach to address their needs effectively. When scheduling appointments, we consider your holistic well-being, encompassing aspects of your body, mind, and spirit.


During your appointment, we will engage in a thorough discussion to determine the most suitable frequency and timing for your sessions based on your current needs and circumstances. Rest assured, I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

To accommodate both my schedule and other clients, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you choose to rebook the same appointment immediately after cancellation, a 50% fee will be applied.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Following one instance of a no-show, client card information will be securely held on file.

How quickly will I get results?

This is a question that touches upon the essence of our healing journey together. While it's natural to desire immediate results, true transformation often unfolds gradually over time. My approach is to prioritize creating sustainable shifts in your long-standing patterns, beliefs, and ways of being.

I firmly believe that change can happen in an instant, but maintaining and nurturing that transformation requires patience and dedication. Results vary from person to person and can depend on various factors, including where you are in your healing journey and life path.

Some clients experience immediate shifts that they can build upon, such as overcoming nail-biting or finding closure for past traumas. Others may require more time and commitment to see profound changes in their ability to navigate life's challenges with clarity and resilience.

Regardless of the timeline, I've been gratified to hear from nearly all clients that they feel lighter and more empowered after our sessions. Each step forward is a testament to your courage and commitment to your personal growth and well-being.
