How To Prepare For Your Session
In-person and Virtual Visits

Preparing for your session is essential to make the most of your experience, whether it's in person or virtual. Please take note of the specific recommendations based on your session type.

For In-Person/In-Office and Virtual Visits:

Hydration and Nutrition: On the day of your appointment, remember to drink plenty of water, and consider bringing some with you. To ensure optimal comfort during your session, it's advisable to avoid heavy meals and excessive caffeine intake within a two-hour window of your session. However, trust your body's signals and honor your needs accordingly.

Clarity and Note-Taking: Take a moment to reflect on what you'd like to gain clarity on in your life. Feel free to jot down these thoughts and bring them with you. It's also a good idea to bring your journal and a pen to take notes during the session. You are welcome to record the session, but please let me know in advance if you plan to do so.

Priority and Detachment: Please understand that we may not have time to address every question or concern during the session. Rest assured that we will focus on what holds the greatest priority in your life at that moment. Think of this process as akin to a delicate spiritual practice guided by my intuitive senses and the wisdom of my spiritual team. We carefully arrange the session format to facilitate powerful healing and redirection in your life, much like the strategic removal of Jenga blocks. This minimizes the potential for any healing crises.

Invoking Support: Before your session, take a few moments to connect with the Universe, God, your guardian beings, and my spiritual team, all in the highest vibration of light and love. You can do this as you contemplate the topics you'll explore during our session or on the day of our meeting. Feel free to repeat this process as often as you like, asking for their assistance and connection with my spiritual team to support you in your journey.

Personal Objects: If any specific objects or items resonate with you, don't hesitate to bring them to our session. Please inform me in advance so that we can incorporate them appropriately.

For Virtual Visits (via Zoom):

Session Environment: To ensure a productive virtual session, have the following items ready: water, tissues, your journal, or a recording device. Find a quiet, distraction-free space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Test your internet connection before our meeting to minimize disruptions.

Preparing Your Space: Take a moment to prepare your chosen space before connecting with me. This allows us to begin your session on time and maintain the sacredness of our work.

Location:

Sessions are available both in person and virtually (via phone or Zoom). For in-office sessions, I am located in the beautiful South Park area. First-time clients will receive the address after our initial virtual meeting and payment confirmation.

Parking:

Free parking is available for in-person sessions. Please note that our office is not handicap accessible. If you require accommodations, consider scheduling a distance or outcall session.

Your preparation plays a vital role in the success of our session, whether in person or virtually. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to our time together.

With loving kindness, gratitude, compassion, and respect,

Mary
