Divinely Inspired Small Batch Artisanal Raw Chocolate

 

One of my passions for over a decade has been creating unique, divinely inspired, small batch artisanal raw cacao (pure chocolate) truffles. These nutrient-dense superfood are organic, non-gmo, dairy free and gluten free. Nut free and vegan free options for some of my recipes are available. Raw food cannot exceed 115℉, which means that vital vitamins and trace minerals are left intact so that your body receives maximum benefits (statement has not been evaluated by FDA). Chunk of Love Chocolate veer on the slightly sweet side. I have always chosen to sweeten with local honey because of the incredible health benefits. Dates are my choice for my vegan recipes due to my love for them. As an added bonus to them being low glycemic, they are a great source of dietary fiber and have a powerful vitamin profile. This is fine, dark chocolate at its best!
